TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Minimum deposit of $400.00 required to bind terms. Check should be payable to PARTY IN A BOX
Any deposit received is non-refundable.
Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.
In the event that Party In A Box becomes unable to provide services due to complications beyond there control.(no power, act of God, ext.)
Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.
Party In A Box shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Party In A Box. Furthermore, the party(s) contacting Party In A Box agree to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of Party In A Box property.
The parties purchasing the services of Party in a Box agree to allow Party in a Box to use pictures and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes.
Party In A Box reserves the right at any time to sell their business.
